Payment Options

Private Insurance: Our office participates in many insurance programs. Please check with your insurance company to determine if you have chiropractic coverage and if there are any limitations to your particular benefit. Some plans require a referral from your primary care physician. We will also need your insurance card and the current billing address of the insurance carrier.

Auto Accident Insurance: If you are involved in an auto accident, we will need your Personal Injury Protection (PIP) insurance policy information and claim number. No referral is necessary.

Workman’s Compensation: In the state of Washington no referral is needed for workman’s compensation (on the job) injuries. Your employer must be informed of your injury. We need to know if your injury is covered under a self insured benefit or under Washington State Labor and Industries.

Cash Pay: We offer a reasonable cash pay amount for patients who have little or no chiropractic insurance coverage.
